Cool Couriers has been moving temperature-controlled freight out of the Gold Coast since 2001. Over 25 years we've built coverage across five states — local same-day work through South East Queensland, and weekly linehaul running down the east coast and across to Adelaide and Perth Metro.
Below is exactly where we go, how often we go there, and what we can carry when we do. If your pickup or delivery point isn't on the list, call us anyway — we'll give you a straight answer.
How our network works
Understanding this makes it much easier to work out what we can do for you.
Local delivery runs. We deliver into four metropolitan areas — Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide — five days a week, with scheduled runs out to regional centres off each of them. Regional runs go on set days rather than daily, which is how we keep them viable and reliable rather than occasional.
Interstate linehaul. Scheduled services connecting Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. Pallet freight can travel any weekday, and we run set consolidation days on each lane where pallets and cartons load together. If your dates are flexible, ask which day suits your lane — consolidation days are where we get the best use out of a trailer, and that works in your favour too.
Cold storage and cross-docking. Our facility in Brisbane handles storage and cross-dock, so freight moving between services stays in a controlled environment rather than sitting on an open dock.
If you need freight moved faster than the linehaul schedule allows, our airfreight service covers urgent interstate work.

Queensland is home, and it's where our coverage runs deepest.
Metropolitan: Brisbane (Burpengary through Wacol and Carole Park down to Beenleigh) and the Gold Coast (Yatala to Tweed Heads).
Regional Queensland: Ipswich · Sunshine Coast (Burpengary to Cooroy) · Moreton Bay including Redcliffe, Scarborough, Margate and Woody Point · Samford · Mount Tamborine · Canungra · Jimboomba, Yarrabilba, Logan Village, Greenbank and Park Ridge · Bribie Island and surrounds · Mooloolah Valley, Maleny, Montville and Flaxton · Toowoomba, Westbrook and Gatton · Laidley · Karalee, Chuwar and Karana Downs · Beaudesert and Boonah · Gympie and Pomona · Maryborough and Hervey Bay · Bundaberg
Northern Rivers, NSW: Tweed Heads South through to Ballina and Lismore, plus Casino, Kyogle, Maclean and Evans Head. The Northern Rivers sits just across the border from us, so we service it as part of our local operation rather than as an interstate run — same fleet, same responsiveness as our South East Queensland work, not a linehaul slot.
Chilled and frozen are both available across these regions, with one exception: Beaudesert and Boonah are chilled only.

New South Wales & ACT

Chilled and frozen are both available throughout. Canberra suburb coverage varies, so call us to confirm your address — and we'll confirm the current run days for any regional location at the same time.

Regional Victoria is territory a lot of refrigerated operators skip or surcharge heavily. If you're moving chilled or frozen freight between Queensland and those centres, it's worth a conversation — call us and we'll talk through the schedule for your area.
South Australia

Metropolitan: Adelaide.

Our Adelaide Hills and Barossa runs mean we can service wine, dairy and produce businesses outside the metro area on a set schedule rather than ad hoc. Call us for the current run days in your region.
Western Australia
Perth Metro
Perth Metro, on request. We don't run a set schedule into Perth at this stage, so Perth freight is arranged per consignment and moves by linehaul via Melbourne. Talk to us early about timing so we can plan the run properly. For urgent Perth freight, ask about airfreight.
Delivery days vary by region and our schedule is reviewed from time to time, so call 07 5556 0300 or email sales@coolcouriers.com for the current days on your run. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available by arrangement.
What we carry
What travels with us, wherever you are
Chilled freight at 0–5°C and frozen at −15°C and below, across every region we service.
Pallets up to 1.5m high and 900kg, with hand unload available on request. Single cartons through to bulk consignments. HACCP certified handling at every stage, by a team that does nothing except refrigerated transport.
If your freight needs something outside those standard ranges, call us. We'll tell you straight whether we can do it.
