At Cool Couriers, our contract drivers are the backbone of our operation. We are a specialist refrigerated transport business — not a general courier company — which means you work with a focused, professional team that values your reliability as much as our clients do.
We offer two pathways to work with us — as a contract driver bringing your own refrigerated vehicle, or as an employee driver where we supply the vehicle, hi-vis workwear and all the equipment you need to get started. Either way, you join a specialist refrigerated transport team that values professionalism and takes care of its people.

- Two Ways to Join
Choose Your Pathway
We offer two driver roles — contract and employee. Both require the same commitment to reliability and professionalism.
Contractor Driver
You bring your own refrigerated vehicle and operate as an independent contractor. You set your availability and we provide consistent, ongoing freight work that suits your schedule and operating area.

Employee Driver
Join our team as an employed driver. We supply the refrigerated vehicle, hi-vis workwear and all the equipment you need. You focus on delivering excellent service — we handle the rest.

- ✓ Employed under MIH Logistics
- ✓ EAP support for you and your family
Required for Both Roles
Current Licence
A current, appropriate Australian driver's licence for your vehicle class. We may require a copy of your licence and driving history.
Food Safety Awareness
A basic understanding of food safety and temperature control. We are a HACCP certified operation and all drivers must meet our standards.
Reliability
Our clients depend on on-time, professional delivery. Punctuality, proactive communication and pride in your work are non-negotiable.
Local Area Knowledge
Strong knowledge of your operating area — whether South East Queensland or an interstate corridor — is essential for efficient delivery.
Communication
You must be responsive and communicate clearly with our operations team. Timely updates and proactive problem-solving matter in our business.
