Cool Couriers has been moving temperature-controlled freight out of the Gold Coast since 2001. Over 25 years we've built coverage across five states — local same-day work through South East Queensland, and weekly linehaul running down the east coast and across to Adelaide and Perth Metro.
Below is exactly where we go, how often we go there, and what we can carry when we do. If your pickup or delivery point isn't on the list, call us anyway — we'll give you a straight answer.
Two services, two maps
There's a distinction worth understanding before you check the list, because it changes what we can promise you.
Local and regional — South East Queensland. This is our own fleet, our own drivers, operating out of our Biggera Waters depot. Same-day and scheduled runs, urgent work accommodated where we can, and direct control from pickup to delivery.
Interstate linehaul. Weekly scheduled services connecting Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. Weekly, not daily — your freight needs to meet a departure, and we'll tell you the cutoff when you book. Most businesses plan around it comfortably once they know the schedule. If you need something faster, our airfreight service handles urgent interstate movements.
Queensland
Gold Coast · Brisbane · Sunshine Coast · Toowoomba · Gympie · Hervey Bay
Queensland is home. Our Brisbane base means South East Queensland gets the fastest response and the widest range of services — same-day refrigerated courier, scheduled runs, pallet and carton freight, plus cold storage and cross-docking at our temperature controlled facility.
Northern Rivers NSW
Lismore · Ballina · Byron Bay · Casino · Tweed and surrounds
The Northern Rivers sits just across the border from our Queensland base, and we service it as part of our local operation rather than as an interstate run. That means Northern Rivers customers get the same fleet, the same drivers and the same responsiveness as our South East Queensland work — not a weekly linehaul slot.
Practically: if you're a producer or distributor in the Northern Rivers moving chilled or frozen product north into Brisbane and the Gold Coast, or receiving it, we're closer and quicker than most operators running out of Sydney.
New South Wales & ACT
Sydney · Newcastle · Wollongong · Central Coast · Canberra
Sydney and the surrounding centres are served by our weekly linehaul out of Brisbane and Melbourne, with both pallet and carton freight available. Newcastle, Wollongong, the Central Coast and Canberra connect through the same network — talk to us about timing for those and we'll confirm what the schedule allows.
Victoria
Melbourne · Geelong · Ballarat · Bendigo
Melbourne is a scheduled stop on our weekly linehaul, and we extend beyond the metro area to Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo. If you're looking to move chilled or frozen freight within Victoria or beyond to Queensland and New South Wales, it's worth a conversation.
Chilled and frozen, pallets and cartons, on a set weekly schedule. We'll confirm the departure day and cutoff when you book.
South Australia
Adelaide
Adelaide is served by our weekly linehaul network via Melbourne. Chilled and frozen freight, pallets and cartons, on a set weekly schedule.
Western Australia
Perth Metro
We service the Perth metropolitan area for refrigerated freight. Given the distance, talk to us early about timing so we can plan the run properly around your requirements.
What travels with us, wherever you are
Chilled freight at 0–5°C and frozen at −15°C and below, across every region we service.
Pallets up to 1.5m high and 900kg, with hand unload available on request. Single cartons through to bulk consignments. HACCP certified handling at every stage, by a team that does nothing except refrigerated transport.
